Itapped the trigger wire for the fuel pump relay. When the trigger wire for the pump relay gets power, the trigger wire for the AE relay gets power and then both the fuel pump and the AEs turn on. I don't see how the AEs going bad would affect anything.
Thatthe fuel pump inertia switch is OK (not tripped). That the wiring between the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay is OK. The next step is to make sure that the EEC computer (fuel injection computer) is activating the fuel pump. For this test, go to: TEST 4.
